An updated to companies moving in, moving out, and relocating was provided.

Projected work on a water main replacement going down the center south-bound lane of Belcher Rd starting this October and the widening of Bryan Dairy Road starting in 2010 were discussed.

Wildlife at the STAR Center is a common occurrance.  Within the last two weeks, a 6-foot gator was removed from the road by the West Parking Lot.  The trapper noted that the animal had lost its natural fear of humans indicating that the animal had been fed.  Signs have  been posted that the gators are to be left alone and not fed.  Also within the last week, a Possum and 10 new borns were removed from a trash can near the flag pole.  This family was relocated to the area near the railroad tracks at the retention pond.

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS.  Enjoy looking at them, but limit your activity to just looking.

Speed Limits around the facility are posted at 15 MPH except near the Day Care Center where the speed limit is 5 MPH.  The Pinellas County Sheriff's office has been asked to step up patrols and stop the speeders.

Grounds maintenance and smoking were discussed.  The contractor has been asked to step up his activity to improve the looks of the grounds.  One of the largest detractors is the large quantity of cigarette butts left on the ground by tenant employees.  Car asked for the assistance of all tenants to work with their employees to smoke in the designated areas and properly dispose of their cigarette butts.

An RFP is being issued to obtain a new operator for the Cafe.
